Re: Raspberry Pi Power supply
Change of topic direction Uncle Stan the super DAC man reckons too much current in his power supplies create noise in his delicate devices. One wonders might this apply to a) Raspberry Pi's b) onboard I2S communicated DACs. I know the ample power of the AP10H drives most cans with pleasant ease. Tha...

Re: Raspberry Pi Power supply
The BMU thingy is a completely different animal. Was the doc thinking of a linear supply or just a bigger current and smoothing?
I would want to explore the power options rather than base things on one limited listen

Re: Raspberry Pi Power supply
What is a HiFiPi pray? Does it have a DAC on board if so which one? If not then the analogue 3.5mm socket output is pretty crap.

Re: New BMU
I use a Regen/UPS care of Power Inspired and find it has made my system consistent in it's sound. Would adding a BMU after the AG1500 bring further improvements or should it replace the AG1500? Anyone done this by any chance? This is the main thread for the BMU. http://www.hifisubjectivist.org/view...

Re: More vinyl coverage in the press
Is that what excellent journalism looks like? Realised I gave up reading papers years ago and haven't missed reading someones opinions littered with a few facts at all.
Thanks for posting it. Sorry saw it elsewhere and gave up. Vinyl is dying. Tell us something new

Re: AP10H
An NVA AP10h should be issued with a pair of fine leather driving gloves................ ;) :guiness; Shh. Don't give away gimmicky advertising ideas. They'll be giving asbestos gloves away with valve amps next. Perhaps all Naim amps should come with free earplugs! Now that is a good id...
