Re: Headphones

Audeze LCD2 are my current cans. Weight takes a bit of getting used to at first. Decently comfortable. Very natural, beautiful midrange, great bass. Can sound a little closed in up top on earlier (pre fazer?) versions. Can be improved by better quality aftermarket cable (I have the Graham Slee). Own...

Re: How Not To Die

If you watched the very informative Horizon programme a couple of weeks ago (might still be on iPlayer) "Clean Eating, The Dirty Truth." You would see that a very small amount of scientific fact has been stretched in all directions to justify various agendas. The author of the China Study...

Re: LINNS DIY ANNOUNCEMENT

Interesting (and depressing) to see that Linn feel they can now apply their high-end-margins to DIY. I wonder whose ideas they will copy, repackage and aggressively market this time...

Re: System Pictures....

I'm not a great one for taking photos...but I did find other members' photos very useful when setting up / positioning the Cube 1s, so I thought I should do my bit. I'm also encouraged to do so now that there's just a little less 'tidy wires' facism in 'this place'! Spot the redundant bits of kit wa...

Re: USA meldown

Is the USA in a state of crisis and semi revolution. It seems to be escalating by the day - worrying times! Disturbance is preferable, in the long term, to indifference...positive to see so many 'ordinary people' engaging in protest and debate. The sooner the civilised world tells him no, the soone...

Re: Donald Trump

Hit him where it hurts him - his ego and his profits. And any U.K./U.S. trade deal. That'll work then........... Oh. the UK government will do a trade deal with him, for sure. I'm talking about individuals boycotting his / US goods. Not likely to be more than an irritant, but every little helps...
