I found a couple of speakers using bipole bass drivers. Don't worry, I have had some very good advice from the fine folk who frequent TAS. Apart from Slinger that is who obviously knows bugger all about wood

My brother in law gave me Led Zeppelin How the west was won box set including vinyls, cd's and a code for the down load. Limited edition and selling for about £150 currently. Can't believe he didn't want it

Yes, I have a few Can albums including Ege Bamyasi. I find Jaki's drumming to be very syncopated and hypnotic. I admire it very much.

I am having second thoughts about using solid oak for the whole thing. I got carried away with using as much of the table as possible for cost and recycling purposes.
