Topping is getting a really good reputation, and you can't go wrong with SMSL either. I've had several of their offerings and I'm still using the Q5 for computer sound duties and the M8 in my second system. I've also got an SMSL Sanskrit 6 on the other PC.

My first "proper" amp was a Sansui A40, bought new from Sevenoaks, in Sevenoaks.



As we're supposed to be talking about British amps though, I replaced it with an Arcam Alpha2. I've also had an Arcam Alpha 8+8p combo, and an A75+.
