Made by Bennet & Ross (whoever they are ???). Probably sound pants but that is not the point.

only 117 euro on Amazon.nl

Lovingly hand-crafted in China, methinks.

Some purchasers note flimsy-walled cabinet, thin wiring, damaged on arrival.
Others say they look and sound great !

The name is sort of Bang & Olufsen or Bowers & Wilkins - but not quite. :snooty:

Yeah, the terms and conditions are interesting. Delivery is kerbside.

Look at the frequency response on the back. 20 Hz - 20KHz. I find thatlow frequency claim a bit hard to believe.

Flimsy cabinets ? We love gluing bits of sheet steel plating to things round these parts :shhh:

I'm of to read the feedback now

I read one review from Europe which said good price but once you look closely at the parts then disappointment. He goes on to say that the filters are too simple    and do not control the speakers properly resulting in distortion.

Cheap components? Pay pennies for labour? Zero quality control / safety check? God help the amplifier that gets connect to them...

How many of those "drivers" are active and how many passive radiators? The size is also interesting 22cm wide so those must be 6" drivers, which, if they are all active, might explain the number involved. They are only 33cm deep which probably means they are front heavy and at over 110cm tall the tweeter will be above ear height which, for a point ad squirt isn't ideal either. Despite the claim that it is "unconditionally stable" I'll not risk my Quad 707 by trying a pair.

I know from a recent personal experience that eBay remove justified negative feedbak posted against high volume sellers. From the look and price of these speakers I suspect this seller is a case in point.

In the past when I've pointed out on other parts of the internet that 20 hz to 20 khz claims for speakers with tiny 6.5" woofers like this are meaningless and are misleading marketing bullshit, I've upset a few people.

These speakers may well be 20 hz to 20 khz +/- 24 dbs with them placed in the corner of a very echoey small room.
