I've just had a quick Google and it seems the accounts will work for a while and then fail, so he sends you a new account, which will work for a while and then fail, so he... etc. I'm only guessing, but I would imagine that after he's made a set amount of money he'll just disappear and set up again under a new user name.

Apparently, Tidal accounts are going for $1.00 on the dark web.

Most family plans for music servers are for 6 people- I would only require 4 accounts so in theory I could ‘sell’ 2 accounts- would that be legal!👍🏼

Might be 'hacked' accounts where you get access without the real owner knowing it.
Useable until they change their password.

Netflix is already taking measures to stop acounts being 'shared'.
