Nva amp & cables on a bundle on eBay- doesn’t look right- cables look different to my Ls3 & amp has additional switch at the rear- be cautious if temped

I agree it's interesting and at the same time odd, whilst I am no expert those cables don't look like any NVA cables I have seen but I will leave the last word on that to others

Looks like someone added and extra input - may as well be after advice and with blessing from Doc - but we will never know.
LS3 do not look right at all - first of it is not 14 cores for sure then I never saw wire Doc and us use to build speaker cable to come in blue... - also looking at photo those single core wire looks to thick... So unless it was some kind of prototype ( I doubt but there is a slim chance ) those cables are not NVA ones.

Also unless those are rare and sought after speakers - the whole bundle looks expensive...

Over all - caution strongly advised.

This is legit and was called the AP10Px with the switch to allow two inputs. Doc built one for me about 12 years ago.

I have no need of any more speakers and I need more than two inputs.

There are AP10Ps for sale elsewhere at between £180 and £199 so I have to agree that the bundle looks expensive.

I like the original Rega ELA a lot, but in that condition they are usually less than £100.

If anyone wants to spend the remaining £850 on an AP10P then please contact me first

Shevans do you still have it? - I would like to have a pick inside ;]

That's explain it then - Switch was most likely fitted by Doc (that's what led me to thinking it was with Doc blessing as I have seen something similar on different product - also drilling acrylic without damaging it is not so easy therefore again point at Doc or at least him explaining to someone how to do it)

All of that would make me think that speaker cable is some kind of prototype or one of equivalent of LS3 ( at least gauge wise)

All of it do not change the fact that this bundle looks (very) expensive.

Unfortunately it went pop and went back to Richard to be fixed, Doc then sold it on for me as I had another AP10P
