Those are 1990's MDF Cubes.
750 dollars would be expensive in the UK but probably in the USA they will be regarded as rare / esoteric / collectable.
The review the seller has included is from 2017 for the later acrylic version. The MDF cabinets are 'duller' sounding than perspex.
They should still sound fine. I have a vintage set of Cube3 in use which still have that 'Cube Magic'.
