In Richards day the BMU transformer was surrounded by foam. It would not be able to move significantly even if the bond failed.

Nothing that we make now is designed to be used on its side.

Comparing a phono stage with a bmu is illegitimate.

I think I might be in the HiFi trade.
I am not currently seeking treatment for this.

Your reiteration of a point made by savvy is superfluous unless of course I failed to appreciate your point.
