This is my attempt to replicate Savvy's experiment with speaker feet on the previous page of this thread.
His wooden cones will undoubtedly work better than my improvised pate pots but the difference is remarkable.

I suppose it is the old coupling / decoupling argument and what works best for a particular setup. Well, my Cube2's are now on hard feet directly onto the speaker stand top plate - this is giving me the soundstage and definition I was hoping to get from my new DAC (still on order).

Will most likely replace the no-cost inprovised feet with something a bit posher soon, but I'm just enjoying the improvements for now.
