NVA website - your feedback needed

Unread post by savvypaul »

You guys have been a tremendous help with your feedback on the plans for the NVA room at forthcoming shows. Now, we need your help again.

Over the past 6 months, we've gradually added to / refined the detail on the NVA website: https://nvahifi.co.uk/

We need you guys to have a crawl around it and tell us...

What is / was your first impression when you landed on the website?

Is there any feature / any information missing from the site?

Is there anything that might put you off using / buying from the site?

Is our pricing clear to you?

Is there anything that doesn't seem to work / make sense?

What do you like most about the site?

What do you least like about the site?

Thanks, in advance, for sharing your thoughts.

Paul & Tomasz

Guys

Can you please get that infernal pop up that wants you to sign on to the newsletter under control. I find it really annoying.

Otherwise, it's a fine web page.

Agree with Mick on all this.

I signed up when I first viewed the new website. However, it still continually asks me to sign up.

The pop-up for me too.

Also on the product pages when you click to expand the new image isn't much bigger than the one on the page to start with. I'd expect to see a much bigger one that I can scroll around blah, blah. It might be my browser but thought I'd mention it.

Only what has already been mentioned.

That pop up is REALLY ANNOYING. Once per session would be more than enough.

Thanks, guys,

I've changed the email pop-up to be less aggressive. It will now only show after a period of time spent on one page and it won't show again for 7 days. You may need to clear your browser cache for that to take effect.

Certainly agree about image size. The images we inherited were the ones from the old site and they are quite small. We haven't been able to track down the larger, original image files - which is a shame because the quality of the photography is very good. Acrylic is not the easiest to photograph.

Rather than have a professional photographer create new images, now, we are going to wait until the current stock of cases is exhausted as we will likely make some subtle upgrades to any new cases that we have made.
