NVA p80 pre with phono stage.

Hi all. I'm new to this forum.
I have a NVA p80 passive pre amp with a built in phono with a big PSU.
Witch I really enjoy using.
I have heard that you can add extra PSUs to the phono stage is this true?
There are 4 blanking plugs at the back of the pre for more cables to Go in.
Just wondering if it was true and how much difference it makes.

It's all metal and case is bonded together I believe.
Yes can take pics of out side but not inside as not easy to open.
How best to post a picture?

Sounds like you have a late 80's / early 90's model there and I am not sure if those were ever designed to run with more than 1 PSU.
My preamp (earlier model than yours) only has 1 Din input for a power supply.

Then this is the back side?
Just photos that I have found online. Don't see a power input here - or an earth for the turntable input.
Could it be that this preamp is all passive and meant to work with an external phono section?

Justshoemark - if you could put up a couple of pics that would help.
An easy way is to make a free profile on Imgur (an online picture hosting service) upload your photos to that and then copy the URL of the JPG file there into a comment here.

Had a look in the NVA Black Box Archive and the only mention of the P80 preamp there states that it
IS a passive preamp needing an external phono section.
