The P50 was the same with phono.

Yes, it makes a big difference. I used 4 x 300 va

Just photos that I have found online. Don't see a power input here - or an earth for the turntable input.

Could it be that this preamp is all passive and meant to work with an external phono section?
Yes. Before the separate phono stages were released, they were built into the P50/80. When they were, you could buy line only versions like the above.

So if that's correct and possible. How do I get this done. Would it mean four separate PSU boxes or one with 4 outputs.

You could do either, though Richard used 4 separate supplies.

Maybe NVA would do the work for you, but not difficult to DIY if not.

Not sure I could DIY it if I had step by step instructions I may be able to. But depends on cost of parts. But I would like to have it done just to see what it's like.

Until we see the photos of the actual unit, it's all guesswork.

The LM317/337 voltage regulators are already on the phono board, so you would basically need to buy 4 x transformers (or something custom wound) 4 x bridge rectifiers, and 8 capacitors + case/s
