Even homeplugs are better than Wi-fi.

I understood these things pollute the mains and generate short wave radio signals. I received a couple of these homeplug things with our You View telly box and I haven't even tried them on principle after reading up on how they work. Our WiFi here's ok, but I do agree that hard wiring via ethernet is always best.

Qobuz and TIDAL have CD quality streams and some streams available at 24/96.
I honestly didn't know that. Time for a trial of Tidal methinks.

I've heard that you can sign up to tidal using vpn as if you're in Turkey. Brings price down to a couple of quid. Obviously got to keep a close eye on exchange rate just in case..

Got a 3 month free trial of Tidal and just wow to the jump in quality, but...

The interface compared to Spotify is just fucking horrible, and i mean just horrid! It's like they picked the dumbest employee in the office and tasked them with finding someone more dumb than them and asked that dumbass to design in the interface.
I want music to be stress free, relaxing and easy to obtain, not to the point that i want to throw my Mac at the wall.
And yes, if you set up a VPN acct as i did in another country it's cheaper. Mine will be £15.50 a month if i decide to continue with it, which i won't.

Take your time to get used to it.

Spotify interface is very, very good but don't underestimate the shock of the new when it comes to getting used to different software.

Explore the TIDAL menus. It will be better than you think, right now.

You could also look at Qobuz.
