The Chameleon has been around for about a decade and due to its use of archaic technology and being a serious no-frills device it never became fashionable. Also you had to import it from the Far East yourself. Those who have one will probably (like me) be hanging on to them.
You could wait for one of Ali-Express's periodic sales where a big chunk of the price might be taken off.
Teradak's own price of 460 USD (including worldwide shipping) is about 375 pounds.
I would call that a bargain.
