Do you get to hear any of these 'innovations' on a try at home basis?

For those in the market for an affordable NOS R2R DAC and disappointed by the price-rise on the Denafrips Ares II, then help is on the way from Chi-fi manufacturer Musician and their new Draco DAC.
Available for under 600 pounds via AliExpress.

Jules over at TAS dug this up, and it's quite interesting, Fretless.

Slinger. I had spotted that article about the Musician Pegasus essentially being a rip-off of the Denafrips Ares.
But with both products coming from the same manufacturing facility there could well be a similar level of quality and the Draco DAC now undercuts the Ares in price. Could be an interesting device.

I've just grabbed a new toy, on eBay..
https://www.vincent-tac.de/en/product-t ... c-1mk.html
Long story short(ish) it was being sold on eBay for £350.00 and described as "New Open Box". The RRP is €799.00 (not that anyone sells anything for RRP these days) which is around £685.00
I offered the seller £300.00 as a bit of a joke, really, and expected him to laugh, or come back with, perhaps, £340.00 at best.
He accepted £300.00, and I'm calling that a bit of a result.

Vincent is very nice gear - I have heard a CDP/DAC/Amp system of their's and was impressed with both the build quality and sound.
Chinese design and manufacture (I think)
Good one, Slinger - interested to hear what you make of it.

Goes to show what a cheeky offer, not too cheeky, can do. I'll have a look for any reviews later, hope you like it Mr Slinger
