This video is for everyone who thinks cables and re-clockers don't make a difference  He makes and sells his own cables, Verastarr, but don't let that put you off, he has done plenty of great vids and I believe he knows what he's talking about,

NK, just go on to YT and type in Intona USB or IFi re-clocker to get more reviews, hope this helps.
Yes, the Uptone is also getting much praise and is American-made.

Having gone through all that, I'm not sure if they sell outside of Europe or not. It would be worthwhile checking though, I think. They're very friendly to deal with and about 20% of the cost of the Intona unit.

Sadly, the Schiit Wyrd that Fret mentioned is not being produced any more. It's worth looking out for a second-hand unit though.
I had a look and it appears that Oehlbach are no longer shipping to the UK.
Couldn't possibly be anything to do with Brexshit could it?
I think I might be in the HiFi trade.
I am not currently seeking treatment for this.

EU sellers now have to register for VAT in the UK. Orders under 150 euros are treated differently to orders over that amount and the seller's website must be able to handle those differences automatically. This means that sellers often need to pay thousands of euros to upgrade their sales platforms, then they need to account separately for UK sales, and within that they need to account differently for sales under 150e and sales over 150e. Then they have to submit quarterly returns to UK HMRC. The same will apply, in reverse, for UK sellers to EU customers, from 1st July.

For my clothing business, I will have to move from a reasonably affordable platform to an 'Enterprise' type platform to handle the complexity at point of sale. That will cost me an extra £500 per month. Then my accountant will charge me an additional £200 per month for the VAT registration and returns that I must send to the EU authority each quarter.

If we were still in the EU, none of the above would apply.

For NVA, we have already stopped shipping to the EU - on top of the above, there are 45 pages of forms that must be filled in for each individual item, and heavy penalties in terms of delays and additional charges if you make one mistake.

Thousands of sellers will simply give up.

So I ordered it this morning. I got the 7055-B after being the recommended unit by a representative of Intona forum board.

We will see how it goes, shipping time is reported to be 2.5 days.

I've no idea what you have ordered NK, been on the Intona site and cannot see anything about a 7055-B. :confusion-questionmarks:
