Most things made out of wood for me. I really like these, my favourite looking amplifier.

Love the x series stuff

I like the looks of the Leben gear.

Also Tokyo Sound Valve

I've said before, if money was no object I'd probably have an aircraft hanger-sized space full of vintage Japanese hi-fi, purely for the aesthetics.

And I've always lusted after a combo like this. I'm a sucker for knobs and needles.

Over engineering and crafrsmanship. This photo doesn't do justice to the size. They have 18" woofers.

I also love the aesthetics of the Klipsch Belle also. There are horn upgrades from VTrack or Volta for the speakers, but the cabinets are timeless in their looks.

I loved the clean look of the Nytech CA252 when I had one:

Well I don't know how this is going to turn out or what I am going to use it with. But I just paid for this

The price was real reasonable, although I need to supply a head shell and tone arm cable. I have two LP Gear Zupreme head shells so that is no problem.

I have this cartridge planned for it. Its an Ikeda 9 Kawami. The only direct scanning moving coil I am aware of.

I have no idea what table its going on yet. Or what the plinth for it will look like. But I am willing to save money and bide my time, as the Well Tempered Reference and the Sota Cosmos can keep me busy for quite awhile.

This is my eye candy (I have the 2015 rather than the 2010 but they are near identical)...
