Dan how are you, I had a few falls smashed thumb then sliced finger in half, and now they tell me I need a Ticker update, I bet it is Windows crap.

Not to bad Colin. I broke my good arm at the elbow a few months ago , it wasn't bad so I told them not to put it in plaster or else I'd be scuppered. Boy did it hurt.
My right leg hurts like buggery , so much for neuroplasticity
Thankfully my heart appears okay , blood pressure 117 over 73 and a heart rate of 62. Just before my bleed and for several days after it was 270 over 183.
If I could just get my right leg to work properly I would be content. Nobody needs 2 arms/hands

right leg stroke damage, mine also, feels like cramp in calf.
Get better quick, no quicker than that. Best Col
PS My left elbow was broken by a policeman dragging me out of a burning car, it hurts still sometimes today 32 yrs later.
