Must admit that it grates with me that I'm plugging X thousand pounds worth of phono amp and turntable into an input labeled "Aux".

I could happily go down to two inputs Vinyl and Digital 😂🤣😂🤣😂

This is only a prototype. We wanted to test the look. We didn't change any lettering for the prototype because there would have been a financial cost to do so. If we go into production, we can put whatever print we want to on it.

It's a bit of a moot point though isn't it? A line level input is a line level input...

True, could always just have line 1, line 2, Line 3 and line 4 😁

TBF I'm happy with the wording, although others in the house do find it a little bit confusing. This could be a good thing as it keeps the grubby mitts away 😜😜 I just have to put up with the whining noise in the background 😭😭. In the interests of household harmony, I'm thinking of having some peelable vinyl stickers made (gold on black, gold on clear) with the following

Gramophone
Wireless
Tape
Anything else

Should be clear enough 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Wireless - the kids will think it's Bluetooth-compatible.

I don’t have a tuner, I don’t have a tape deck- (apart from a rtr) nor a cdp
For a pre amp- analog- I have 2 phono inputs mm & mc and one digital from the dac so leaving them blank or 1,2,3, etc would work for me

Sell it completely blank. Then charge buyers £139.99 for a 50p indelible marker and advertise...
"The new NVA Freedom 4.40 Concept Amplifier: the amp that lets you digitally configure your own input labels, both front and rear. Those who prefer minimalism taken to the limit can leave the whole amp pure white, to blend with their aesthetically refined white listening rooms, dens, or living rooms (see example below).

Wouldn't it look great as the new face, in your space?

n.b. Please state the colour you would prefer for your labels when ordering. Additional colours are available for special order at an extra £99.99 per colour

Sorted.
