Went yesterday to the funeral of my wife's niece. She had MS and was only a year younger than me.
The music played was Supertramp, Queen and The Police. Years ago she had given me her old LP's and this is one of them. Needed a bit of a clean but sounds great!
Farewell Monique.

I absolutely love that Police album. My favourite of theirs. It was the very first album I bought myself. Then my elder sisters got hold of it and came back covered in make up.

In a Police frame of mind and two used LP's arrived this week. 'Ghost in the Machine' I originally had on cassette and 'Synchronicity' was the first CD I ever bought, so I haven't had either of these on vinyl before. What strikes me most is Sting's incredibly impressive bass-playing which never came over properly on digital sources.
