The haunting soundtrack to Twin Peaks.
That's a real shame, he was brilliant, and a lot more than just "The Twin Peaks guy". I first came across him via David Lynch's "Blue Velvet," and he carried on being Lynch's "go-to" guy, and I carried on being a fan of both of them. His Discography is worth a look.

Kim Simmonds, blues guitarist, and founder of Savoy Brown a.k.a. The Savoy Brown Blues Band. Another chunk of my musical upbringing goes with him.
We only have 'The Specials' but what an album that is. Tonight it will be that and Terry Hall and Mushtaq - The Hour of Two Lights, a very underrated album.
Martin Duffy, who played keyboards for Primal Scream and Felt, has died aged 55. The cause of death was a brain injury due to a fall at his home in Brighton, his bandmate Bobby Gillespie said.
