I've heard the new version of "Seconds Out" and I'm not convinced. It's cut from digital files from the more recent Nick Davis remix. Yes, it sounds 'clearer', but there's something not quite right about the sound. certainly it lacks the sheer guts and majesty on side four of my original copy (which is the side I play most).

...and DQ is right. The three main protagonists responsible for 'Apocalypse in 9/8' are the same guys responsible for all later pieces. The magic is still there: I can put together a really convincing compilation of Genesis in the 80s/90s to please most people (apart from MBCA of course).
