She held on to life for long enough to see Johnson booted out as PM, thereby sparing us the sight of a scruffy ill-mannered oaf, with the grace and dexterity of a wounded water buffalo, and the looks of a drunk, overstuffed, Womble, staggering around and totally disgracing us in front of the plethora of foreign dignitaries who will be attending HM's funeral.
Johnson has no sense of shame. He spoke of the Queen in Parliament today when he was partying on the day of the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral during lockdown.

The UK news this last week reminds me of a 60/70's B movie scene where a marauding band of oppressed/exploited cavemen have broken into the highly sensitive control room of a catastrophically dangerous plant of some description (why did they always put those plants where there was such a high risk of angry primitive incursions?) and are manically turning knobs, flicking switches and smashing dials etc. all the while sparks and explosions surround the set until the whole shit show goes bang.

I wonder if you can guess who the cave men are?

Don't forget that the "cavemen" are being mind-controlled by the evil ERG, and the supervillain Mur Doch.

It reminds me of a couple of 4th formers who've managed to get a 'mister' to buy them a bottle of White Lightning... momentary thrills, but they wake up in a puddle of sick, asking for mummy.
