I’ve got a BMW 330D which I bought new in 2021.
I’ve never had a car that’s been such a magnet for assholes.
It’s been heavily keyed all down the passenger side, the person who did it made sure to get down to bare metal on all panels.
A lorry bashed into the front while it war parked and drove away. Managed to get CCTV to get the bugger to pay.
It’s just picked it up its latest damage, a supermarket car park injury. A car hit it at the back behind the passenger side rear wheel and scraped all the way down the side across the back door. A fist sized dent, and deep paint scratches.
Again, drove off leaving no note. CCTV didn’t cover that part of the car park.
I love this car, amazing engine and gearbox, but appears to also come equipped with a twat magnet.

My latest motor is a Suzuki Swace (a rebadged Toyota Corolla estate). Apparently, they are very often used as taxis.
So, what my car says about me is that I may be found crawling the streets around midnight looking to pick up drunk and vulnerable youngsters....

Some tales of woe here. 
If I were to buy another vehicle I would be looking at one of these 4x4 Kei trucks imported from Japan where they are very popular. Made bh a few companies including Daihatsu and Honda, they have tiny 3 cylinder 0.66L engines and weigh next to nowt. A bit like a sooty van without the enclosed load space
What would that say about me ? I like sooty but not keen on people as only room for one passenger. It may also suggest I am not too bothered about my image on the road
