This article, alleging abusive behaviour by singer Marilyn Manson is a prime example of shamefully lazy and inaccurate reporting.

Tainted Love was composed by Ed Cobb and originally recorded by Gloria Jones in 1964. And it was therefore totally misleading to describe the 2001 Manson hit as a "cover of Soft Cell's Tainted Love". :ugeek:

Once again, an interesting turn of phrase in the report I read, he doesn't call the report "lies" but instead says it's a "distortion of the truth." So it's true then? :lol:
