If you think about it, the "S" shouldn't be there at all, unless you want to come off sounding like Gollum when you "undo" the acronym and convert it to speech. e.g. "It loves its Non Fungible TokenseS, it does".

NFT is the same TLA (Three Letter Acronym) whether you're talking about one Non-Fungible Token or many Non-Fungible Tokens.

Strictly speaking, of course, the N and F should also be hyphenated.

So, N-FT it is.
