Are you watching the news ? I used to but a few days ago it was all about doom and gloom coronavirus. If you watched Breakfast and wasn't depressed when you started then you surely would be after watching that.

The Boys on Netflix. A different take on the Superhero genre. Very good.

Currently watching S3 of Lucifer, which I'd started to watch but real life intruded and I never finished the series. I'm still watching Picard, and I'm going to really miss it when it ends. They'd better have renewed it for a second series Hunters is probably a bit Marmite, but I'm still watching that too. On the horizon are The Expanse, The Man In The High Castle, and S4 of Bosch.

There is a new sci-fi series coming soon on amazon prime.

'Tales from the loop'

Might be worthwhile.

Not a binge, but watching 'Atomic Blonde' on Film 4.

Set in Berlin just before the wall came down.

Film is very silly but the soundtrack is half decent...

I recorded that when it was on last and watched it a few weeks ago. It was good fun, especially some of the fight scenes.

Yeah. It has a certain charm. The action scenes are great...

Try Wim Wenders 'Wings of Desire'

Also set in early 80's Berlin (with wall)

Image

Soundtrack includes Nick Cave and Crime & the City Solution.

Was remade (badly) as 'City of Angels' with Nicolas Cage.
And it is my favourite film, ever.

I've just watched the 3rd series of Ozark on Netflix. Then I watched The English Game, also on Netflix which was a lot better than I imagined it was going to be. Finally, having taken advantage of the Amazon Prime for 7 days for 99p offer, I'm nearly through the 3rd series of Goliath starring the wonderful Billy Bob Thornton. I think the last series of Bosch, also on Amazon Prime, will be next.
