It seems, that in an attempt of some late night wit, I am the one guilty of a spelling error. Mispelled, should be spelt 'misspelled' and is an Americanism, so it should be 'misspelt'. For some reason I am awful at grammar and spelling when using a keyboard. Also English is my 3rd language, according to my wife, my primary and secondary being cock n bull.

Out f**k government has suddenly decided that the second dose of the vaccine should be administered up to twelve weeks after the first instead of three. Clinicians are not happy and have written to the death secretary. The effectiveness of the vaccine was not tested with such a long gap between the two doses and it seems the effectiveness of the first dose on its own is little more than fifty per cent. This is a knee jerk reaction to things getting out of control which beggers belief.

First hand experience from Israel is suggesting that the first dose of the vaccine is not as effective as the Government would have us believe.
