I've now had a chance to compare Windows 11 against Debian (linux) with KDE Plasma (desktop environment) on a Dell Latitude 7300 laptop.

If I didn't know which was which, I'd say that it was Debian-KDE that was the luxury operating system for which you have to pay a £134 premium in order to get. And Windows 11 is the janky, clunky, bug ridden, unreliable freebie software.

For my personal laptop I've given Windows the boot.

And it's a win for linux and a loss for Win 11.
