He's taken the title of 'party leader' very seriously...

I can foresee a no confidence vote following the Sue Gray report which I think he will survive. The reason being so many of his MPs see him and his lies being the foundation of Brexit. Cummings and his enemies are withholding a lot which will come out in the months leading up to the May council elections. This will result in the tories being obliterated and another no confidence vote which he will lose as too many Conservative MPs will be fearful of losing their seats. It is significant that the rules are likely to be changed to permit a no confidence vote after six months instead of a year. No doubt he will hang on to the bitter end without a care for the country or his political party.

With hindsight, given that he and some of his key associates were totally incapable of abiding by what were effectively house arrest rules, it was a huge mistake on his part to try to impose house arrest rules on the rest of us living in England and Wales.

I am not going to codemn him for having parties and social get togethers during Covid lockdowns, because I thought that the lockdowns were unconstitutional.

I am not going to condemn him for his lies. Because it's understandable to lie to try to get out of trouble.

I do think that it was extremely poor judgement on his part to be so hypocritical.

I don't know if this will be a lesson to our serving politicians for the next 10 years? That what they believe personally should be fully reflected in what they say publicly. I believe that the UK would be a better place if that were to become so.

Looking back on our PM's we've had:

A huge hypocrite.
Someone that fannied about and was unable to complete the main project that was assigned to her
A man that gambled on the outcome of a public vote and lost
Someone that took no notice of the bible story about 7 years of feast followed by 7 years of famine. And the importance of putting aside something during the years of feast.
Someone that led us into war on very shakey grounds
Someone lacking in charisma
Someone with capitalistic rhetoric that spent like a socialist
Someone that oversaw soaring levels of unemployment and inflation

It's not a good track record, is it?

Surely it's more a case of "We thought up some Covid Laws and the Laws were not for One"?
