Can you have missed the adverts for the Renault Kadjar with the haunting Country music and the two-girl harmony vocals?
After hearing it umpteen times it began to grow on me and I had to find out who it was; turns out to be First Aid Kit - a pair of sisters called Klara and Johanna Söderberg who come from Sweden and have been performing professionally since they were teenagers.
The song in question is 'Easy Road' and it is the opening track from their latest album 'Stay Gold'.
Youtube - First Aid Kit 'Stay Gold' (full album)
My favourite webshop had this as a one-day half-price offer last week, so I got it out of curiosity and now I can't stop playing it - It's good !!
Well-written songs with catchy choruses, wonderful harmony's, shimmering guitars and crystalline production. Okay, you have to like a bit of country to enjoy this but the steel guitars and fiddles are used sparingly for necessary effect and atmosphere, mostly this is a great pop / soft-rock sound with tracks that you will want to hear again and again.

If sopranos are your thing you need to hear Eva Marie Westbroek sing Wagner.

Re: Your last listen
Been playing quite a lot of Saga recently, especially this one, their third album from 1980 'Silent Knight'
Saga were from Canada, like Rush, and had an up-tempo proggy sound with lots of keyboards and theatrical vocals. Their early albums are a sort of cross between post-Gabriel Genesis, Rush and Kansas. Later they went more into a pop-rock direction, then they broke up and reformed some years ago to continue making new albums in their early style.
Their catalogue has many high points (and a couple of lows) but they have made a lot of good music.
Here is the opening number from 'Silent Knight'.
