There is no opposition. Labour are unelectable, along with the Tories. Vote Green.

All the opposition needs to do currently is nothing.
Just sit back, watch the shit show unfold and do nothing. We are 4 years from a election

If Corbyn had won the last election, chances are the restrictions imposed over Covid would have been even more restrictive.ArloFlynn wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 1:53 am With a wave of Johnson's hand or a signature from Hancock new law is passed. No scrutiny required. Approved by parliment 24 hours after becomming law and with the exception of a few tories, no opposition, most notably from the opposition. Who the hell is holding this bunch to account? Not MSM that's for sure.
And he may have seized on it as an excuse to dismantle some of the free market capitalism that he hates so much.

I couldn't guess what restrictions would be applied under a Corbin government. I suppose it depends on the Science you receive and believe. Holding back the free market would be a good idea, as it is currently running rampant due to the restrictions.
Kevin.

I'd guess the same restrictions, but a bit faster.
Anyway, who is 'Corbyn'? Starmer is leader of the opposition.

At the moment. Rumour is he may resign soon and Diane Abbott will replace him.

If we're open to speculation, then perhaps these "even more restrictive" restrictions might have been applied at the time, they were actually needed, and we would not be the sickest country in Europe now.

Restrictions are legal but they haven't been applied. We rely on persuading people and being nice to them. Quite a few I believe should have been put behind bars for protection of the majority.

Another example of over-zealous behaviour:

The police officers involved are the sort that give the "filth" a bad name.
His quiet colleague should have stepped in and told PC Gestapo to stand down.
