Re: Genesis Remasters on Vinyl
You obviously missed the first lot of Gabriel they did on double 45 rpm vinyl. This is same source (digital) cut at 33 rpm.

Re: Genesis Remasters on Vinyl
Just played trick of the tail remaster v original .
Don't bother with the remaster, ebay is full of original records that have hardly been played.
The original is music the remaster is digital hifi.

Re: Genesis Remasters on Vinyl
I have often been tempted by Re-masters and have a few but usually I don’t own the original. I would like the large Queen collection now available (£400) but that is remastered and coloured vinylDaniel Quinn wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 6:10 pm Just played trick of the tail remaster v original .

Re: Genesis Remasters on Vinyl
Invariably it robs 70s rock music of its life.
The 8 remasters I have got all sound the same. Now a days I'm much more thrilled getting a mint original for $4 (my phone doesn't have a pound sign I wonder why) than by an expensive remaster
Having said that, I may just buy seconds out on 45rpm remaster.
