It's his show. And he can do what he wants with it.
However, it is a show that's a spin-off of a forum. And the idea of a forum is that the members are free to say what they think as long as it is in the rules of the forum.
Expressing views on how the show is being organised in a thread about the show on the Wam forum appears to be within the rules of the forum.
So just as the owner of the Wam forum is entitled to express his thoughts and feelings on the show, so are other people.
My personal take on it is that I have in the past and intend in the future to support the show as much as I feel it is reasonable to do so.
I feel that it is not reasonable for me to take excessive funds out of my family budget to support the show. I am happy to donate about 44 hours of my time to show plus £20 per year.
Ideally, I would like the show to be a success. For the organisers, for the exhibitors, for the visitors and for the hotel staff.
Peter has my moral support. As well as my 44 hours and £20 support.
