Strangely enough, that's acceptable bling (to me). I've always loved this look, but I assume it was targeted towards Far East tastes. The mono power amps looked awesome too.

I always liked the look of them, but then again I'm a fan of vintage kit, and they were probably "of their age," so to speak.

Love the style but with a clear top it would make dusting much easier since I would have to do it.

When NVA shut up shop, I think Peterborough Hifi must of bought up the remaining stock, and they had quite a few statement amps for sale at around 1/3rd rrp including a pair of TDS monos.

Was sill around 2k though back then.

Toroidy Supreme toroidals were made for these beauties 8-)
