Ah yes - I thought it was that one.

I've been working my way through the entire series and see that part 5 is in the works. There is also a spin-off miniseries which explores the background of a secret society of assassins with a strict honour code.

There are way too many, too long fight scenes but the underlying story is rather fascinating.

The story in

was one of those where it seemed that the film creators wanted to make certain scenes happen, so they just made any old shit up to move the film from one scene to another. With the any old shit making no sense at all.

I know this is common practice in Hollywood action films. But this film took this style of story telling to new depths of stupidity.
But then maybe it's me that's dumb. As it did well in the box office. And as already mentioned is rated by many as being one of the best ever action films.
Maybe they know their market, and I'm not in it?
