Van Den Hul says -The capacitance between the 2 leads is: 32 pF/meter. So NVA amps should be fine with this speaker cable?

I don't trust other people specs. Since I have been insisting on NVA cable then my return rate for repair has plummeted, could be co-incidence but I doubt it. BUT you take your own choice, but then you take responsibility for the result.
