I like the Sound Cord for it's clear and lack of character.

I'm going to give the SSC's a try and see (hear?) how they sound in my system.
I don't think my system warrants SSP's just yet.

I didn't think in terms of warranting I just wanted to hear/see if there was a difference. Do you know I still use both but I cannot remember.CageyH-FX1200 wrote:I'm going to give the SSC's a try and see (hear?) how they sound in my system.

To solder to a normal DIN plug, the conductors must be tiny. I don't think a w@nky DIN plug has been made as yet, but could be wrong

Din plugs are serious crap, I hate having to wire them. Who ever designed them should be shot!
Re: Interconnects - do they make a difference?
Din = Crap.
The inventor must have thought - "I will design a connector that "Old Nick" himself would have been proud of".......Well he fukin made it............
And the real sad fukd up scenario is that certain manufactures actually took it on board and sang its praises....Thinking it could not be bettered.
Wont ask you to guess the Naim of the bad guys but hey,,,,,,,,

Designed by a committee by the Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN), the German national standards organization in the early 60's.
