Exercise

Unread post by Andrew »

Just wondering what any of you like to do in terms of exercise.

Pinky mentioned the gym and it got me wondering if anyone else worked out, cycled, ran, swam etc. i love long walks, mountain biking and swimming outdoors.

Any runners, boxers, dancers, tennis players, golfers or squash players amongst us?

I don't do as much as I'd like. I play tennis fairly intensively at least twice a week, and try to either walk the dogs or go to the gym most other days - but I have bad weeks, like last week.
Used to play golf, but havent in ages.
Not Funk Firms paid marketing department - but friend of Arthur K's and ex-Pink Triangle.

Open minded, but always right

I have a ribble cycles carbon fibre bike. It as had a puncture for twelve months. I have 3 children and a baby. I thought that was sufficient exercise. However whilst drunk Friday evening I volunteered to do a dragon boat race as they were short of members and now I feel like I've done 6 rounds with froch.
