I'm quite touched. Really special of her to come all this way and bring the band with her - I'm used to just having to listen to her records
So you've bought a SLIC too. :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

I'm currently listening to a brace of wind quintets by Reicha (Anton, Antoine, or Antonin, take your pick) which I find very relaxing. Here's a little taster for anyone who (like me) needs a bit of relaxation before England take on Italy tonight...

Revisited Alison Moyet's "The Voice" album (CD rip) in my last session. I have to say that it's fabulously well done. So I must implore, exhort and cajole you all (oops come over all Stephen Fry) to give this one a listen

Any band that can rhyme "Saturday" with "Jaffa Cake" is OK in my book. Folk Hip-Hop from Bristol(?). Nice one Terry.

Yep. They seem to have a couple of albums of good stuff. Through them (or their record label) I found:

The Gaslight Troubadours

Shades of the Art of Noise and

the Imagined Village

who I think I should have caught up with before now.
