Re: PMC
I own a pair of PMC TWENTY 21s.
I think they sound awesome. Fast, clean with great bass extension, I'm a big fan!

Re: PMC
Hi Paul
Hi Paul, I'd say they are good at low volumes. They do come alive at mid to high volumes though .
I saw a comment above saying they can be bright sounding, I'd agree with this if they are toed in toward the listening position.
I reckon my big marantz amps help tame any brightness too. The amps have a bit of warmth to them.
To the op, I'd suggest trying a pair in your room if you can As you can see from comments above speaker choice is a very personal thing

Re: PMC
I agree. My mother owns a pair of them driven by a Rega Brio (she wanted remote control). Sources are a Regar Planar 3 and a Rega Apollo CDP, cables NVA LS1 I got for 20 Euros from Ebay Kleinanzeigen, interconnects coaxial RG179. I put the pimped AP20 (120VA) in her system yesterday to try the result: bombastic, big grin the face! I can't afford these speakers and if I could I wouldn't be willing to spent such lots of money for them and I'm happy with my Braun LS150 floor standers . But for small speakers the PMC are surprisingly good.Twistedheat02 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2020 12:42 pm I own a pair of PMC TWENTY 21s.
