Jammy, can you or anyone else name me any pieces of hi-fi equipment that has stunning looks and stunning sound quality and a stunningly low price?
Remember, it is only a general rule. So there might be a few out there.
But in my experience stunning sound and very low pricing is most often found in ugly or old fashioned or odd looking or industrial looking hi-fi equipment. Or you get great sound and looks, but too many people want one so that keeps the prices up - even 2nd hand.
