Department of pedantry reporting for duty:

How can you have a 'group' of one?

You're never alone with schizophrenia.

As I have already signalled my agreement with joe's previous statement I believe that means WE are in a group of 2 rather than joe being in a group of one as per your erroneous statement. It would appear to be you who are in the group of one, not joe.
Apology accepted D.Q. Don't even bother to write it down; joe and I will take it as read. :epop:
Apology not needed . You have misunderstood my point .

Joe said as long as I think I am right that is all that matters , my retort [ no point being in a group of 1 *] was referring to me , I can't think of anything worse than holding an opinion that is not corroborated. Our as Don Mclean put it far more eloquently

For I can not be part of her "Cocktail-Generation Partner's Waltz,"
Devoid of all romance
The music plays and everyone must dance
I'm bowing out, I need a second chance

And if she asks you why you can tell her that I told you
That I'm tired of Castles in the Air
I've got a dream I want the world to share in castle walls
Just leave me to despair

* And paskin , a group of 1 is of course an oxymoron , it was the point . Worse than pedantry ? Perhaps pointless pedantry .

I can see how some opinions are 'better' if corroborated (e.g. 'is this picture straight?'), but surely sometimes one's own opinion is all that counts, e.g. if you like a piece of music, why would you care what anyone else thought?

Because like me he likes to argue the toss.

Or it may be an argumentative egomaniac
