I don't know, not enough information. Higher than they are offering but with room for compromise.Daniel Quinn wrote:At what level ?Macca wrote:Sounds like they are keen to make a deal - make a counter-offer and see what happens.

but it could be worse , legal aid criminal lawyers are now subject to a reduced fixed fee . Well they would if they had not been on strike for the past 35 days The country will be shortly overrun with un-convicted criminals , but it seems a few train drivers raising concerns about nite work in london is more important .![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon/wink.gif)

My consultancy fee is £45/hour and I don't pro rata.

Re: Colin Wonfor
none specific advise is in effect platitudes .
it is analogous to a football manager saying go out there and score more goals than them .![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon/wink.gif)

In the absence of detailed information it is the only advice possible, vauleless though it may be.
Anyway I think it is positive that they are at least making an offer now. 'If your opponent is of a choleric temper, irritate him.'![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon/mrgreen.gif)
