That's your favourite album ever ever ever init? Which side do you prefer ? I like side C the best. In the light and Bronyraur are my favourite.
It is my favourite all time album because I think all four sides are equally good. If pushed I would have to go for side B because of Kashmir. My favourite track on side C is the mellow Down by the seaside. I love some of the head banging stuff on sides A and D, notably Custard Pie and the Wanton song. Jimmy Page is thd master of coming up with a really good riff and hammering it into the ground.

Stevie Wonder - Music of my mind. Released 1972 this was the first of Stevie's albums where he had complete artistic control. It shows glimpses of what was to come (Talking Book, Innervisions, Fulfillingness, Songs in the key of life). He plays most of the instruments himself.

I think it is recorded very well and clearer than some of the later albums. Best heard with a simple system and lots of transparency :guiness;

Santana - Lotus. A 70's live album. Carlos is his usual superb self on this album. Some fantastic guitar work. Funky in parts.

The song 'De Parade' by Eefje de Visser (track 2 on the above video, 5 minute mark) has embedded itself as a continual loop in the nether recesses of my consciousness and I'm now awaiting the arrival of her last 2 CD's 'Bitterzoet' (Bitter sweet) and 'Nachtlicht' (Night Light).

To fill in the time I have started mining a rich seam of EM albums in Bandcamp, Artists whom I have heard too little of through the years have their entire output there to download. Currently on a bargain-price set from Scottish synth-wizards 'Under The Dome' who combine their electronic mastery with playful humour.
