Interested to find out what everyone does for a living? Obviously excluding the Doc as I think we all know what he does!
I currently work for an internal comms agency, looking after client projects. Bloody hate it but have no idea what to do going forward, other than I know I don't like working for other people.

Sort of retired but.......
.......guitar maker, woodturner, furniture maker and restorer, kitchen maker (much less now and don't instal any more).
..and now perforce, builder and roofer. Yuch, hate this stuff but all the dosh I make goes to paying off the mortgage not to someone else for doing stuff that I can do.

Re: What do we all do for a living?
When I left school I started an apprenticeship as a Locksmith, unfortunately the guy who was teaching moved to Canada and I ended up falling into the corporate world of IT. Since then I've done IT support, Project Management, Account Management and from time to time some website development and network infrastructure.
As it stands I completely hate the corporate world and wish I'd learnt a real skill, such as a furniture maker, electronics engineer, thatcher or any other hands on job that is highly skilled. I continue my quest to find a 'master' who's prepared to take me under their wing and teach me.
One day I hope to find my way...think it would lead to me being a much happier and content person.

Had you finished your original apprenticeship, you could have been a full time Burglar by now........
