A new addition to the family

Don't be silly! At my age? A kid? :roll: It's a new (second hand) guitar of course and a model I've drooled over for some time. I put a silly low-ish bid in on eBay and bugger me, for once nobody outbid me at the last second.

Say hello to my new 5 string T-Bird bass, active pickups and all.

I Can't wait for her to arrive now. So that's a new electric six for Christmas, I bought a 12 string electro-acoustic last week and now the bass. I've had to purchase one of these to stand them all in as I already had an electric 6 string, an electro-acoustic 6 string and a 4 string bass.... :lol:

Well done mate,i am very jealous ,but looks like it has gone to a good home,have fun.Maybe we all have one bit of luck in our short lives.Fifty years ago i saw a Gibson semi-acoustic bass,in, what we used to call, a junk shop window.The ticket said gilison bass £17 ,i borrowed the cash from my mother.Nice short fingerboard i used it for years swapped it for a VOX PA when i started singing.Lord knows where it is now,but i bet it's worth more than 17 guid . :oops:

And this is the "one more" I wanted. In fact I wanted it so much I even bought it new and at FULL PRICE :o :lol:
I was looking at the bog standard 335 dot, but I saw this 335 pro for the same price and had to pounce. I'm now skint, but happy.

Don't be daft , this is the "music" section. Your guitars are better suited here than the Eurovision in my opinion :grin:
