Unread post by southall-1998 »

2 months ago I was 170 kg but now currently @ 154 kg. The cutting down and exercise seems to be working! I still have a long way to go though!!

Always seem to come in the overweight category, always manage to (sometimes just) avoid going into obese category. Weight has to be set against height Shane.

24 stone make you a big lad Shane. If you are about 5ft 2 ins you would be square, but if well over 6ft it is still obese but no where near as bad.

There is always a future as a Sumo wrestler

How's the Torquay move going.

EDIT - one of my ancestral master in my Tai-Chi family style was Yang Cheng Fu - he was a big bloke and people tell that fighting him was like being hit by a train.

I'm either 5' 7'' or 5' 8'' in height. I do have slightly broad shoulders and chest, but the body is pretty out of shape now. I used to be more leaner/muscular 7 years ago.

Sometimes my father calls me bouncer

I am a '''poor man's''' bouncer to a degree

Yes, the moving plans are running well. Should be in Torquay by mid March.

Well as a pub or club bouncer you could definitely block the doorway when needed :shifty:

Famous like the little Dutch boy with his finger in the dyke. You could be the first human mobile wave breaker. "Torquay town centre saved from flooding by Shane", I can see the headlines now

I'm 5'9 and around 11stone. I was a lot heavier around a year ago, but the time abroad really helped. Lots of exercise and fresh food did wonders. I've been all over the shop throughout my life. The more stressful life was, the heavier I'd be and vice-versa.

16 kilos in 2 months is awesome, Shane. Did the time away help you? Good luck if you want to continue.

Yes, well done Shane. I'm going the other way at the moment, I'm 5' 6" and was just over 11 stone for ages but that's now crept up to about 11:11 and all around the middle  . Too much red wine me thinks. :)
