The A 80 mono blocks came to inc the A90 passive..OK set up....working cd on repeat. Only problem the lead from the REL sub have bare wires for connection to speaker ops of amps..We considered using the pre asmp ops as there are 2 to spare..SIlly me, I bought those banana plugs that have screws..too big for the pre ops..hmmmm..ok...so...one way
place both power amps on rack at bottom then route the rel cable to the speaker ops..black left, red right..then of course the yellow wire for earth......looks like i need to remove alot of the cable sheild from the rel cable in order to lengthen the earth wire..and link it to the phono stage or the isotek....By the way I have plugged the amp mains leads direct to the wall ...not the Isotek....

Sounds like the amps will be back in few days blown up. Most REL have line in and speaker in, you must use line in (interconnect cable phono plugs both ends) from the pre-amp. If you have the RELs with only a feed from the speakers terminals (4mm babana plugs) then don't use this with NVA amps you will fry them.

Which REL is it, does it have line level inputs (phono sockets).

Fire it up without the REL and tell us if the amp is liking the Maggies or visa versa.

There are two phono sockets on the panel but because they are white writing on grey background I cannot read it in photos. Can you tell me what it says above those two sockets.

OKI so it has a socket to use from the pre-amp. Do you have an instruction booklet, how do they recommend converting the stereo to mono, the other socket name is confusing, what the hell does 1/LFE Phono Input mean

LFE = Low Frequency Effects. It's an input more usually used in a surround sound configuration.

There's some bumph on it here... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-frequency_effects
